Hayhoe Homes built Orchard Park South here, a 105 unit community at Southgate Parkway East and Hapstead Court, and followed it with Orchard Park Meadows, which adds a wider mix of housing types. Daily life is built around green space. A new school, a high school, a baseball diamond, walking trails and a parkette are all within walking distance of Orchard Park South, and a trail and open country views start steps from the back door. The setting is quiet, yet downtown St. Thomas is about 10 minutes away by car. Port Stanley’s beaches are roughly 20 minutes south, and London’s theatres, arena, university and Richmond Row are about 40 minutes away.
