Fresh produce, local vendors, and lunch downtown at the market Londoners have gathered at for generations.
Fifteen acres of green in the heart of downtown, with festivals all summer and quiet paths the rest of the year.
Coffee and a stroll through one of Canada's best-loved neighbourhoods, in the heart of Old South.
Knights hockey, concerts, and the big nights out that anchor the downtown core.
Close enough that clients, friends, and family down Wellington Road are never far away.
London is the Forest City: a city of over four hundred thousand built along the Thames River, big enough to have everything and small enough that none of it is far. The economy runs on healthcare and education, anchored by London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s, Western University and Fanshawe College, which is why the city holds steady through cycles that rattle single industry towns.
The neighbourhoods genuinely change street by street. Old South and Wortley Village trade in tree lined heritage charm, Byron backs onto the river valley, the north end grows newer family subdivisions near the best schools, and downtown, Richmond Row and Victoria Park carry the restaurants and nightlife. The price spread between them is wide, which is exactly why a street level read matters more here than anywhere else we work.
We work London mostly from the south: buyers stretching their budget by moving to St. Thomas, sellers trading up into the city, and families balancing a London career against Elgin County space. Whichever direction you are moving, the same two agents cover both ends of it for one commission.
Approximate drive times in normal traffic. London sits where Highway 401 meets Highway 402, with VIA Rail and London International Airport in the city.

Client Stories
Totally impressed with Ryan and his recent listing and sale of my parents’ home in Port Stanley. He came to meet them prepared. He did his research and presented a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan. He prepped and executed while keeping my parents totally informed every day. It’s a super tough market but after only 4 days and many showings, house was sold. I think you can’t go wrong with Ryan as your agent.
Ryan just sold our home. Trust me when I say he knows what he is doing. I have NEVER met a realtor who works as hard as Ryan does. He stays on top of EVERYTHING during the course of selling your home. The pictures, video and brochures of our home were top notch quality. I am a very picky client and I would not trust any one but Ryan. Thank you Ryan from the bottom of our hearts. You made it happen!!! Now onto our next journey… cheers
I’ve had many Realtors over the years and Ryan Featherstone by far is the most attentive and conscientious and hard-working realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He communicates and brings us up to speed on all the details, and is very market-driven. I would also like to add that Ryan not only becomes a business partner when selling your house but he becomes a kind friend. I would highly recommend anyone to engage with him before choosing a realtor, and you will see how well researched he is with his presentation when speaking to you. We already miss communicating with him after our house sold.
Ryan worked very hard during a tough market and he got my place sold! He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make the sale happen. He looked after all the paperwork, marketing, open houses, showings, closing details and much more. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who wants results.
Ryan helped us with everything and went above and beyond. The marketing was really well done, and the whole experience was smooth and positive. His professionalism and dedication made all the difference. We are very grateful and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
It was a pleasure working with Ryan. From our telephone call to set up a viewing to signing an offer was a quick smooth process. We appreciated his knowledge of the property and he took time to show us a comparable unit. Great friendly service. Thanks Ryan.
We had the pleasure of meeting with agent Ryan Featherstone in St. Thomas today. It was to view a couple of properties. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the city. He was friendly, engaging and we felt we had placed our search in the right hands. Ryan listened to us and did not resort to high pressure tactics, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for a great realtor and agent, you need look no further.
London Questions
Yes. London pairs big-city amenities like Western University, major hospitals, Covent Garden Market, and an arts and food scene with the green, walkable feel that earned it the Forest City name, at prices below the GTA.
About 25 to 30 minutes by car via Highbury Avenue or Wellington Road, which is why so many of our clients live in one city and work or play in the other.
It depends what you are after. Old South and Wortley Village for heritage character, Old North near Western, Byron and Masonville for families, and downtown for condo living.
Broad. The city offers heritage homes, family suburbs, downtown condos, and student-area investment property, spanning a wide range of prices. For a current read on your target neighbourhood, request a free market report and we will pull the real sales data for you.
Because most of our moves cross the line between the two. Buyers leave London for the extra house their budget buys in St. Thomas, sellers trade up into the city, and plenty of households split a London career and an Elgin County home. We work both ends of that move every week, with the same two agents on your file for one commission.
It depends entirely on how you live. Old South and Wortley Village for heritage streets and walkability, Byron for the river valley, the north end for newer family subdivisions near well regarded schools, and the downtown core for condos and nightlife. The price spread between them is wide, which is why we start with how you live rather than with a listing search.
