One or both of us comes to the house and walks through it with you, room by room. We ask about the things that never show up in a photograph and take a closer look at the details that can affect your home’s value. You do not need to tidy up or prepare anything for us.
It is completely free and there is nothing to sign. Plenty of people book an evaluation well before they actually plan to move, just to know where they stand. That is a completely normal reason to have us out.
An online estimate works mostly from things like square footage, property records, and recent sales. It cannot see your renovations, the condition of your home, the finished basement, the new windows, or the details that can make your property stand out. Those are the things we can take into account in person.
We will review comparable sales and the current market before your appointment, then walk through the home with you and provide you with an estimate right there.
